Terms of Service

By using OrderFor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

OrderFor is a mobile ordering platform that allows you to browse menus, place orders, and pick up food and beverages from participating coffee shops and cafes. We provide a marketplace connecting customers with local businesses.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• •Be at least 13 years old to create an account

When you place an order through OrderFor:

• •You are making an offer to purchase from the merchant
• •Prices are set by individual merchants and may change
• •Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• •Refunds are subject to merchant policies
• •You are responsible for picking up orders at the specified time

We charge a small platform fee to support our service. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Our loyalty program rewards you for orders and activities:

• •Earn OFP on qualifying purchases
• •Redeem points for discounts and free items
• •Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• •Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity
• •We reserve the right to modify the program

The Run Club feature allows you to earn bonus rewards by connecting your Strava account:

• •Strava connection is optional
• •We access only activity data you authorize
• •You can disconnect Strava at any time
• •Challenge rewards are subject to verification
• •Fraudulent activity will result in account termination

You agree not to:

• •Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service
• •Submit false or misleading information
• •Harass merchants or other users
• •Use automated systems to access the app
• •Resell or commercially exploit the service

OrderFor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OrderFor Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free service
• •Accuracy of menu information or prices
• •Quality of food or beverages from merchants
• •Availability of specific items or merchants

Merchants are independent businesses responsible for their own products and services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderFor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrderFor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• •Violation of these terms
• •Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• •Extended periods of inactivity
• •At our sole discretion with notice

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
